Application history
Use the application audit trail to distinguish an opened form from a fill, review stop, or confirmed submission.
Applications records what Remotera did on your behalf. It is an audit trail, not a claim that every Apply click became an application.
Understand the outcomes
| Outcome | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Clicked | Remotera opened the external application route. Submission is unknown. |
| Draft / Filled | A form was prepared or filled but not confirmed as submitted. |
| Parked | Automation stopped because the form needs your attention. |
| Submitted | The submission was confirmed. |
| Submitted, unconfirmed | The submit action ran but confirmation could not be verified. |
| Failed | The attempt could not complete; open the row for its reason. |
| Cancelled | The attempt was stopped before completion. |
An external Apply click is recorded for signed-in users even when the browser extension is not installed. That gives you a useful list of forms you opened, but Clicked still means intent—not completion.
Inspect what was sent
Rows created by assisted filling can include Show fields sent. Expand it to review the exact field-value snapshot for that attempt. Use this when an employer received the wrong value, a saved answer needs correction, or you need to remember which CV and contact details were used.
Parked, failed, and unconfirmed rows include a reason when one is available. Resolve profile gaps before retrying repeated answer failures.
Filter the audit trail
Filter by outcome and mode to answer specific questions:
clicked + external— employer forms you opened;parked— applications waiting for your review;submitted— confirmed sends;autoorhelper— attempts initiated by that extension workflow.
The filters live in the URL, so you can bookmark a working view:

- Opening a Remotera job marks it viewed and can hide it from the feed with Hide viewed.
- Saving a job adds it to your personal workflow and enables private notes and tags.
- Opening an employer route records Clicked.
- Only a confirmed application attempt records Submitted.
Keeping those states separate prevents a browse session from becoming a fake application count.
